I need some colour swatches collection. Is there any website that can provide good collection of colour swatches or any plugin of firefox that can generate swatches for webpage that we open in browser Or any online colour swatch generator. Please anybody have information about those tell us.
Fairly obvious question, do you prefer Corel Draw over Illustrator or is it the other way around? A friend swears by Illustrator despite it being trickier than Corel Draw. I must admit though I haven't used Illustrator so can't really comment on it, I have used corel draw to design sign boards and found it usable but not as fun as Photoshop.

Advanced Masking Plugin For Photoshop?
I have Photoshop CS2 and I sometimes have to do dedicate work. and sometimes the default masking plugin isn't enough eg. colors are similar and therefore the mask wants to erase part of the picture I want, or makes a jagged edge. so is there any other plugin that will make it easier? or do I have to zoom in 16000x to erase a background?

For anyone who hasn't used Inkscape before i dont recommend you use it. I've used it for a few small tasks lately and it hasn't proved to be reliable at all for me. It has a tendency to crash after about half an hour to an hour of operation, especially if there are two many shapes on the screen at once. The way it handles antialiasing for shapes could be better and exporting to bitmap is low resolution (its a little fuzzy).

Thumbnail View In Gimp And Photoshop
MSPaint might be simple to the extreme, but one feature I've appriciated is the Thumbnail view (View -> Zoom ->Show Thumbnail). If you're working on something close up in zoom, it lets you see the image at 100%. Very helpful if you're doing pixel art or trimming the edges around a render, IMHO. I can't seem to find a similar feature in GIMP. Does it have one? Would Photoshop?

I finally got Photoshop Elements as I promised to do before the summer. I got a bit comfortable working in the environment, which is a bit (no sorry, a [b]lot[/b]) neater than GIMP's. I like some of the Photoshop tools, like Layer Styles (a quick n' dirty way to make some nice team icons for forums), but I'm a bit frustrated over the fact that there are no brushes out there that work with Elements 2.0 (and of course I'm too cheap to buy even Elements 4.0, let alone CS2). I decided to go into some GFX stuuf before I go to camp. I am starting out with The Gimp, since Photoshop is way out of my price range. I found a couple of tutorials and managed to make something really basic out of them, but it's not much. If anyone knows where I could find some good beginner Gimp resources (brushes, ptterns, tutorials on how to use Gimp in any and every way possible), please tell me about it, because I sorta want to make something nice.

Adding Lots Of Brushes At Once
ive just got laods of brushes and ive updated my photoshop, which is fantastic and great because i have a newer version, then i dug out my file of brushes and DUN DUN DUN i cant laod them all at once, and doing thousands one after the other is going to be tediosu so i was wonderign if there is a way to put them into one abr file or load them all at once? thanks for the help with my brush problem oww and i ahev tried pasting them in the brushes directory in photoshop but it just ahs a long list
